What types of documents does Filly AI support?
PDF and Word (DOCX) files: forms, contracts, legal documents, HR paperwork, invoices. Scanned PDFs are also supported thanks to the built-in OCR.
Is Filly AI reliable on scanned forms?
Official forms with native fields (W-9, I-9 and so on) are filled in deterministically. On flat or scanned documents, the tool combines OCR and geometric analysis; any uncertain value is flagged rather than placed at random, and nothing is exported without human validation.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union (Hungarian publisher), encrypted in transit and at rest, with isolation by account. Documents are processed through Anthropic’s API, which does not train its models on this data. Automatic deletion after 12 months of inactivity and a right to instant erasure.
Does the client have to create an account to sign?
No. They receive a private link, review the document, can suggest corrections and sign from any device.
